The well-equipped kitchen & Weber gas BBQ make mealtimes a breeze & high-speed WiFi & TV are there for your entertainment! You'll love the private deck & the unique & stunning views overlooking the bay, port Nelson & the city itself! Being close to the city's greenbelt, you'll enjoy the sound of bird song in the mornings as well as easy access to great local walking trails! **NOTES: No party or venue use. No Smoking. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a NZD50 pet fee will apply. This home is not suitable for young children. Please be aware that the home is located on the second level of the property & is accessed via stairs. The owner's boat (not available to guests) occupies the carport area & the garage is reserved for owner storage. The laundry is located in the carport. A single off-street carpark is available for guests. The carpark is parallel to the house & directly in front of the car-port & garage door. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. Neighbourhood information

The Sprig & Fern bar & Milton Street takeaway & dairy are just a 5 min walk away. There is also a small Dairy on Milton Street. Just 5 mins walk to Founders Heritage Park & McCashin's Hop Garden Cafe. Just 15-20 mins walk to the City Centre. Walking along the Centre of New Zealand trail - which starts at the bottom of the street on the right, which is signposted, will also get you to the swimming holes on the Maitai River! A nice summertime day in the "hood" round trip would be hiking to the swimming holes via the Center of New Zealand trig-marker with a beer at the Sprig & Fern on the way back!
