Just a dozen steps up to your private area and entrance from us. Convenient parking is available for guests with small to medium-sized vehicles. Making our cozy retreat an ideal spot for those confident with maneuvering into a compact space. With a Deck area to yourselves. Large Double bedroom with Queen size bed. Private bathroom. Lounge with fold down futon. There is a Large 55" TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and neon, all available free for your use. Plus, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. We also provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. We are on a hill, and it is tight and can be difficult to get up and down. Larger cars like SUV, Utes, and full-size cars need to park on the street. It is quite safe and well lit up at night.
Very Quiet Residential Neighborhood in the Hills of Paihia. Walking distance to the beach, town and Ferries. Treaty Grounds is no more than a 5 min drive. There are heaps of restaurants to choose from all a short walk away. 15 min ferry ride across the bay to Lovely Russell NZ first Capital.
