Our Tiny house is located in our home section with free parking. We are featured in Live Big in a Tiny house. Type in- Interior Designer’s Tiny Home With Fantasy Glasshouse Dining Room on youtube. Perfect for those: Needing a base in Lower hutt while visiting family or friends Tourists Our Tiny House is fully insulated and has large double glazed doors and windows throughout. It comes with a heat pump, heated blanket and portable heat panel heaters. Open plan living space with large French doors opening out to the deck where you can enjoy the sun, stars and a glimpse of our animals. It has a small kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. Fridge, microwave, induction hob included in the kitchen. Outdoor deck lounge set is provided with waterproof cover. Let us know if you wish to feed our Alpacas Tofu and Pom Pom. We can provide a bowl of pallets which they love. We have animals like alpacas, dogs and cats in our section (they are quiet folks). Please keep all gates closed at all times. Guests have private access to the entire space. Check in details will be sent via email a day before arrival. There is a flight of 22 steps down the stairs to get down from road to tiny house. Do note that there is a bee hive on site. If you are allergic to bees, we recommend wearing long sleeves/pants. We are not liable for any bee injury or stains.
I have always booked holiday homes when I travel and it is so surreal to finally have a space of our own to welcome others. We found this section and built this tiny home from scratch. Items in our home includes NZ made artists, my own designed art prints and items collected around the world through our travels.
I will send a guide book on our favourite places to go to in the Hutt Valley.
