Our charming home is situated near Brook Place Reserve, Springfield Golf Course, and Rotorua International Stadium. With breathtaking views of lush greenery and the tranquil Utuhina Stream, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed upon arrival. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area filled with natural light. With 3 queen beds and 2 single beds, it comfortably accommodates families of up to 8 people. Our fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited WIFI, fresh linens, bath towels, kid-friendly amenities, and double garage will make your stay convenient.
