Welcome to our whare(home) in central Mount Maunganui, just a 3 minute stroll to the best surf beach and beachside cafe in the Bay, where the hardest part will be leaving.

This property is low noise or activities after 10pm. Noise is to be kept to a minimum due close proximity to neighbors. FYI, further back on the same property is another bnb with fewer restrictions. Property ID 9332585. Ultimate beach location. The owner may or may not be onsite in a separate dwelling. Situated in Mount Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty region and Mount Maunganui Beach reachable within 500 meters, Ultimate Mount location features accommodation with free WiFi, barbecue facilities, free private parking. The property was built in 2005 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a nice porch, deck, and hot tub. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.1 km from Pilot Bay Beach. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms which means two toilets and one shower, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views.
