As Villa One is part of a privately owned complex with the hosts residing in the adjacent separate apartment, we are available until 8:00pm should there be any issues that require our attention. Please note that this is not a venue where pets, parties or events are permitted, and the privacy and quiet enjoyment of all the complex’s residents is to be respected at all times. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to remain unsupervised on the property.

The nearby Plaza shopping centre also includes a diverse food court and supermarket within an easy 7 minute walking distance.
