We just wanted to welcome you to our home. We are very excited for you to stay at our apartment and hope that you will enjoy your time at 8 Newtown Boulevard. Please feel free to contact us by phone if you need anything or have any questions. You can call or text us and we will respond as soon as possible. We have provided basic amenities including fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and bottled water in the fridge. Feel free to snack on the water for refreshment. If you need to do any laundry, you have full access to our washer and dryer.
Our community is quite private and visited by locals foreign internationals. We ask that you respect our neighbor's privacy and monitor noise level during night time. our apartment is also a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside or in the balcony area and kindly dispose of your cigarette afterward. Do not disarrange the placement of the items of furniture and appliances inside the apartment. Please don't forget to lock the apartment when you leave
