Azure Residences by Van Florendo is not a hotel. We are a private residential condominium, meaning unit owners are renting out units. Different units have their own property name that is why need to be specific on the property name of the unit you have booked. My units are stand out as they are personally and professionally managed by yours truly that is why 100% clean and 100% hassle free. Azure has man-made beach with wave pool that makes it unique and world-class. Azure has also skygarden which guests can access. We also have Grand lobby at Paris beach club which is cozy and also has Skyfort cafeteria accessible to guests also. We also have Ibiza bar at the center of the beach which guests may access too. This is a unique getaway which just near the metro. It has the 24-hour security only. the front desk is not available 24hours as we are not a hotel. Also since we are not a hotel, beyond standard time arrival or departure in the apartment between the hours of 4pm and 8am, there is a 500-fee charged to the guest and will be given cash on check in. the property is 30-40mins away from NAIA airport via skyway and Naia expressway.

Azure is very near SM Bicutan, 10minutes walk only . The PNR (Philippine national railway) station bicutan is also near. NAIA is just 40mins away. We have Paris beach club with man-made beach , it is a beachwave pool with white side.
