Elegance and comfortable living is combined with close accessibility of the residence to the City hub. Situated at the heart of Cebu City, walking distance to almost anything. The balcony is a great place to relax while viewing the Cebu skyline and coastline. Very safe and conducive area where elite Cebuanos primarily lived.
