The condo is located at the heart of Cebu city, near the historical Fuente Osmeña Circle. It features a fitness center, garden, and swimming pool with a scenic view of the city. The accommodation is a studio-type unit with 1 bathroom, water heater, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Youtube, a working table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The condo has a number of good restaurants, food and drink kiosks, a convenience store, and coffee shops. A supermarket is also located at the basement floor.
