The unit is located on the 2nd floor, “Unit 202.” It is a modern luxury smart studio unit perfect for couples. Hotel-like, but with a kitchen, we have provided almost all the basic needs for your comfort. The building is newly built and has a heated swimming pool and a city view lounge on the fifth floor. The condo building has a parking area exclusive to guests, with a security guard on duty 24/7. The host/owners owns a laundry business, offering convenient pick-up and drop-off services.
I'm a multifaceted individual, having transitioned from a nurturing role as a former teacher for young children to the dynamic responsibilities of a full-time mom and a driven businesswoman. In addition to these roles, I have a passion for creating inviting living spaces through my love for cleaning and decorating, which extends to our house and our stylish condo unit.
The property is located in Brgy. Malabanias, the heart of Angeles City, Pampanga. It is close to everything, including malls, supermarkets, schools, Walking Street, Korean Town, and Clark International Airport. The property is new, private, and quiet.
