This homestay is managed by the team at Hotel Valencia. It is a mere 5 minute drive from the hotel We offer this house as an extension and laid back option for families and groups who are staying in Valencia, Bukidnon. This large 500 sqm house sits within a large 1400 sqm gated property with ample parking, large living room and ample parking space. We a portable modem set up for wifi on property. There are 4 rooms with own bathroom plus a common area kitchen and bathroom. The property features a second floor open area patio thata can be accessed from the spiral stairs. The home will be exclusive for your use during the dates booked.
Prior to your arrival, the team will clean up the house and ready it for setup. We will provide toiletries, welcome drinks and check appliances & bathrooms if all okay A key will be provided for the whole house and lot Meet up will be at Hotel Valencia (found on google map) and staff will assist you to the property with the keys.
This property is an easy walk to the local Iglecia ni Cristo Church. It is also a 5 minute ride to the main Sayre Highway and to our partner Hotel Valencia. This is a newly opened property.
