The building is very accessible to This property is located in a child-friendly environment within the heart of Cebu City. A very accessible area with supermarket, department store, and an ATM just across the road. Taxis and other public transports can easily be grabbed in front of the building. The property is 10-minute drive to Ayala Centre - Cebu's liveliest mall with lots of activities tourists can do. Walking distance to the market. The airport is an hour drive or so considering the traffic congestion within the city.
