This is a fully furnished cozy space built just for you with fully equipped appliances such as air conditioner, microwave, Smart TV w/Netflix, washer, water dispenser, hot and cold shower, fridge, rice cooker and induction stove. Guests are provided with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet papers and slippers to comfort your delicate feet. Washer is provided as well in the bathroom. However, dental hygiene needs are not provided. Guest can also enjoy the unlimited high-speed internet where you can surf all night long. Aside from that, approximately 3 mins walking distance store are cited like 7/11, Japanese restaurant and One Pavilion Mall where you can do your groceries and cash out (ATM machine). Apart from that, the building location is accessible to public transportation like jeepneys, taxis and grab car. For strict compliance: Guest must present 2 valid ID's at reception’s desk and vaccination card. Please message host to send ID and vaccination card, as this will be collected by property that is needed for check in. Please be reminded any damages to furniture, unit fixtures, electronic devices, linens, curtains, decors and figurines will result to additional charges. PARKING: Motorbikes parking are free of charge except 4 wheeled vehicles, Please informed us ahead of time so we could arrange parking as there is charges for it depending on the number of days you are staying.
