About this property

Located just a 5 minutes’ walk from Ribeira, in the heart of the historic centre, the minimalistic-style ExtendALL offers self-contained studios and lofts with Douro River and Porto views. The restored tiled façade hides the warmth of ExtendALL accommodations. Light coloured furniture, wood elements throughout, and special lighting are featured. The modern tiled bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. Guests can prepare their meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy typical cuisine in one of the surrounding restaurants, within 200 metres. After a challenging time for all of us, we are ready to welcome you! Extendall has always valued the well-being and safety of all, sympathy, availability, and will continue to be so. I will be here to welcome you and to guarantee you a relaxed stay. The Extendall project was created in a consolidated area since the 14th century (Judiaria do Olival) in a building with more than 100 years of existence that was in ruins. It has been rehabilitated, maintaining its original layout and use, adapted to contemporary requirements. The scarce area of its implementation stimulated the design, not only of the space, but also of all the furniture of this accommodation. The clean, functional and at the same time welcoming language of the design aims to give their guests a home in Porto.
I love getting to know new cultures, traveling, riding motorcycles with friends, cook... It is a double pleasure to welcome each guest to "Extendall", as I can meet new people and show my work as an architect. You are always welcome to "Extendall"!
Extendall is located in the neighbourhood of Victoria. It is a traditional neighbourhood, where many Porto Inhabitants live and where it still persists groceries and restaurants with traditional Portuguese cuisine. Part of the neighbourhood is an old Jewish one, where some marks of this cultural heritage are still preserved. 150 meters away is the "Passeio da Virtudes" Garden a must stop place for a glimpse of the river Douro towards the Atlantic Ocean. At 200 meters, the Vitória Viewpoint, a picturesque observation point over Porto Cathedral to Ribeira and also of the city of Vila Nova de Gaia where the Port Wine Cellars are located .
