In 2004 Brian went on a surftrip to Portugal, where he met Claudia. After a while, they were inseparable... They travelled around the world and in between their own countries: The Netherlands and Portugal. After long “brain storm sessions” about the ideal job, one day they decided to follow their hearts and transform their dreams into reality… They love to share the surf and yoga spirit, there for they started Ticket2surf!

Ticket2surf is your pass to escape from the chaos of everyday living and to join a fantastic journey of freedom and unity with nature! Our hostel offers: - Accommodation for surfers or non-surfers, in dorm rooms or private double rooms - Self service kitchen, big living room, free WI-FI, TV, BBQ, movies, games and chill out zone with hammocks - Surf lessons/surf guiding (all levels) and surf safaris - Surf rentals (surf boards and wetsuits) - Yoga lessons - Other activities: paintball, kayaking, hiking (visits to natural parks and local traditional towns), canopy tours, bird watching and much more... - We organize BBQ´s and dinner parties with traditional food - Crew speaks English, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish - Pick up/drop off from bus station in Tocha is possible Please note: Check In: 12.00 noon Check Out: 11.00 am Breakfast not included Taxes are included - No smoking allowed indoors - Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents - Only bed sheets are included - The keys should be returned at the reception

Neighbourhood information

Since the 70's, travelers from all over the world have been passing Praia da Tocha to surf good waves and enjoy the friendly atmosphere around. There are a couple of enjoyable bars and restaurants, 3 small supermarkets, ATM and a traditional market (Jun-Sep) with local products and souvenirs. Our surfhouse is located 200 meters from the beach, in a central position and offers: Self service equipped kitchen Dormrooms - linen included Double rooms - linen included Big living room with fireplace Free internet WI-FI Garden to relax outside with a chill out zone and hammocks BBQ in the garden for some fun grill sessions Entertainment: TV (lots of surf movies), card games, acoustic instruments
