Apartman ATTIC 7 nalazi se u novoizgradjenom apartmanskom naselju Srebrna Planina Spa & Resort u Vikend naselju na Kopaoniku. Apartman poseduje sopstveno vodosnabdevanje, sopstveni kotao na električnu energiju za podno grejanje i popločano dvorište sa besplatnim parking mestom. Nalazi se u potkrovlju na 4. spratu. Sadrži prostranu dnevnu sobu koja sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom čini celinu, odvojenu spavaću sobu, galeriju, kupatilo i terasu sa pogledom koji oduzima dah. Zahvaljujući velikim prozorima ispunjen je svetlošću sa pogledom na obronke planinskih masiva iz dnevne sobe, a na borovu šumu iz spavaće sobe. Na raspolaganju je kompletan kuhinjski pribor, ketler, mikser, toster, air fryer, nutribullet, električna cediljka za agrume, pegla, daska za peglanje i fen. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan internet i kablovska televizija. Apartman može da primi maksimalno 6 osoba, u spavaćoj sobi bračni krevet, u dnevnoj sobi ugaona garnitura i fotelja na razvlačenje, a u ušuškanoj galeriji, za vične penjanju, udoban dušek za jednu osobu.
