Apartman se nalazi u zgradi koja se nalazi u samom centru grada, sa velikim parkingom, preko puta zgrade nalazi se gradski bazen, u blizini je i reka Tisa, sa balkona se pruža pogled na Goranski park. Odmah iza zgrade nalazi se Mega-Market koji radi do 22h. U blizini su restorani i kafići.
