Uživajte u predivnom ambijentu ove predivne kuce. ⁸ Nedaleko od gradske vreve, a u prirodnoj oazi. Nalazi se na Suncanom bregu medju cvecem i lepim pogledom. Linija gradskog prevoza 47 i koji ide na 5 minuta, i veza je sa centrom Beograda trgom Slavija (Bircaninova) i linija autobusa 94 koji je veza sa Novim Beogradom i mini bus 505, kao i 506 .. Nalazi se na osuncanom predelu grada nazvan po tome Suncani Breg. U neposrednoj blizini pravoslavnog manastira u Opstini Rakovica u Beogradu. Nedaleko od BIG trznog centra i zgrade opstine Rakovica na pocetku naselja Suncani Breg (najblize autobusko stajliste je Tunel Strazevica). Posebno je pogodno za goste koji dolaze automobilom, jer je obezbedjen besplatni parking. Ima sve uslove za vas boravak. Molimo da ukoliko rezervisete javite i privatnom porukom. Iz baste ovog smestaja se vidi Avalski toranj, a pogled je siroko otvoren i daje osecaj slobode. Vetar i sunce, osvezenje i suncanje daje pozitivnu energiju i lep osecaj. Cist vazduh koji u ovoj nasoj prestonici preko potreban, nalazi se u kraju okruzenim zelenilom u podnozju planine Avale, gde se Suncani breg nalazi.
