This 25m2 small and cozy flat is situated in both students and shopping area on the fourth floor with a lift. It has a small balcony with an inner courtyard view and two rooms: kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, cooking stove, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is a small table with 2 chairs and kitchen cabinets. There is a wardrobe and a bed in the bedroom. As for the toilette it is separated from shower room. There is another 50m2 flat with a balcony, bedroom with a king size bed for 2 and a single bed, livigroom with a sofa, tv set and a dining table, bathroom and a small kitchen. It is perfect for a family with a child.

We are ( I and my wife) foreign languages teachers and nature and travel fans, so do not hasitate to ask us anything, especially if you feel like traveling through Serbia and region. If you like hiking we can make your hiking plan for the Serbian mountains. We could give you a lift from the airport to our flat but this is extra charged.

Many caffes and shops are nearby as well as a famous park Vukov spomenik. Tram lines 5,6,7,14 and some bus stops in the neighborhood connect our flat to the different sightseeing places: st Sava temple, st Marko church, Tasmajdan park with the outdoor and indoor swimmimg pool and so on..It takes you 20 min on foot to the city centre if you prefer walking and shopping or 15 min to the famous Museum of Nikola Tesla. If you are interested in local, home made food , you can visit Orasac restaurant. ( our favourite one) which is 200 meters away. There is a green market Djeram 100m away with fresh fruit and vegetables from the local farms. Belgrade is happy to have a nearby mountain Avala where you can go by city bus. There is also an artificial Sava lake and Ada ciganlija island. Dont forget your swimmimg trunks oŕ only sunscrean if you are FKK fan.
