Modern and cozy studio in the hart of Novi Sad. We like to travel so we created this studio with everything you need: 1. Located in the center across Danube park in a quit area with birds singing in the trees but still 200m from the pedestrian zone and all the shops, bars and night life. 2. Free parking space with video monitoring, parking is a problem in the center so we provide for you the free parking space 3. Breakfast in our pizza restaurant La Forza. With the tradition of 28 years is one of the first pizza restaurants in town. It is located in the city center 800m from the studio. Enjoy your food :) 4. View from the terrace on the Danube park, Danube river and Petrovaradin fortress. 5. Everything is close to the studio, supermarket, bus stop, river Danube, city center, every thing in 2-5mins walk. 6. Flat screen tv with cable tv with HD channels (HBO) and fast 100/6 Mb/s WIFI is also included. 7. Fully equipped kitchen
We LOVE to travel and also love to host :) We have been al around the world from Hawaii, NYC to Maldives, Dubai, Paris, London, Barcelona etc.. Travel makes you richer :) We enjoy vegetarian food and really love animals. In our spare time we've helped many animals. This is also the story about one of our adopted dog Molly. I am in insurance and real estate business, Tamara is in real estate and has the best pizza restaurant in the city center 'La Forza'. Our recommendation for your meals :) We love to surprise our guest with little things. We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Neighborhhood is very quiet and safe video video monitoring the whole building and parking area. Because the Danube park is across the building you can enjoy the song of the birds and beautifull view from the terrace :) Because the studio is in the center getting around is very easy, bus stops, taxi stops everything is close incuding Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska shopping streets with many bars and restourants and famous Laze Telečkog street for night life. Enjoy the walk by the lake in Danube park for peace and quiet.
