Tucked away securely in a mountain haven, "Konak 1400" has been a tranquil escape for family, friends, and guests for over a two years. Its breathtaking scenery and pleasurable and fun pastimes have evolved from a personal wish of the Andric family (who still runs it!) to escape modern-day frenzy into an intimate and peaceful state of mind. With the goal of enjoying the land, the family realized their own dream of sharing this magical property with friends and good food. They wholeheartedly invite you to explore the tradition of Serbia's hospitality and nature-bonding experiences. "Konak 1400" is located in the foothills of the Tara mountain. We are within a 4-hour drive from Serbia's capital, Belgrade. Once you arrive at the inn, you will quickly realize why we say: check in, sign out, and enjoy!

“Konak 1400” environment is completely natural - the nature, flora, and fauna are fully protected and belong to the Tara National Park. We are isolated at the top of the mountain, surrounded by forest, clouds, and clean air. You will often wake up with a view of a herd of deer, wild rabbits, or the chirping of colorful birds. There are a lot of natural places and lookouts nearby that You can visit by walk. Not so far from us, by car or a long walk, you can go to Lake Zaovine or Mecavnik, two famous tourist places.
