Vila je sa 4 spavace sobe u Raški, naselje Beoci koje pripada opstini Raska. U blizini vile je najpoznatija i najpopularnija planina u Srbiji Kopaonik. Gostima je zbog blizine moguć svakodnevni obilazak Nacionalog parka Kopaonik, Golije, Raske, Novog Pazara, mineralnih banja i srednjovekovnih manastira. Smestaj je komforan, luksuzno opremljen najmodernijim namestajem i tehnikom. Lokacija je pristupacna, parking obezbedjen. Veliki dnevni boravak i trpezarija sa kuhinjom i potrebnim uredjajima, luksuzno je opremljena, balkoni, veliko dvorište sa izuzetnim pogledom na obronke Kopaonika garantuju nezaboravne uspomene. Odmah u neposrednoj blizini su dva restorana nacionalne kuhinje.
