Apartman Vila I smešten je u tihom okruženju, na samo 100 metara od glavnog trga Niške banje. Nudi besplatan bežični internet i nameštenu terasu.
Uređene sobe toplim bojama, sve smeštajne jedinice imaju drvene podove i TV sa kablovskim kanalima. Takođe sadrže potpuno opremljenu čajnu kuhinju i sopstveno kupatilo sa tušem.
