Objekat je potpuno nov i nalazi se u potpuno prirodnom okruženju. Idealan je za ljubitelje prirode i porodice sa malom decom. U dvorištu poseduje poseban letnjikovac koji je opremljen roštiljom i furunom, a poseduje i trambolinu, kao i druge sadržaje za decu.
Domaćin je srdačan i ljubazan, spreman da odgovori svim zahtevima turista.
Iako se objekat nalazi u samoj šumi daleko od saobraćaja i bilo kakve buke, u neposrednoj blizini objekta ima pet restorana i jedan market. Turisti svoj boravak mogu upotpuniti sa posetom El Paso naselju, kao i selu Dobroselica u kome se nalazi stara crkva brvnara za čiju gradnju se pominje davna 1749. godina. Takođe gosti mogu da posete i Galeriju slika čuvenog akademskog slikara Boža Kovačevića u kojoj se jednom godišnje održava i muzički festival. Okolina krije i brojne prirodne lepote od kojih je sigurno najzanimljivije Tavničko jezero.
