Varsamt renoverat och delvis moderniserad villa från början av 1900-talet. Villan gränsar till åker och är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Skivarp är en typisk sydsvensk lugn mindre ort med god service , mataffären är öppen kl 7 - 21 alla dagar. Gästgiveri men vinbar , dessutom ytterligare 2 matställen.
Bussförbindelser mellan sydkusten och Skurup där det finns goda tågförbindelser ( till Köpenhamn/ Kastrup, flygplats ca 1 timmas resa). Vidsträckt sandstrand och med välrenommerad restauranger inom ca 7-10 km. Två golfbanor inom 7- 15 km. Ett flertal cykelvägar med lite trafik.
