Welcome to our warm and inviting basement-level room located in a quiet neighborhood in Boliden, just a short drive from Skellefteå. This space is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or professionals looking for a peaceful and affordable stay with all the essentials. 🛏️ Your Private Space Includes: • A cozy bedroom perfect for relaxing after a long day • Your own private bathroom • Access to a sauna (available at an extra charge) • Private living room with a fireplace and TV – perfect for unwinding on cold nights 🏊 Extra Comforts: • Access to a pool table (available until 20:00, as it’s shared with children who need rest afterward) • Use of a shared kitchen and fridge – fully equipped for cooking your meals
I’m a friendly and respectful host who loves football and a good whisky now and then. I speak English, and while my Swedish is still a work in progress, my kids are around and happy to help if you need anything in Swedish. I’m usually busy in my home office, so you’ll have full privacy — but I’m always available if you need help or have questions during your stay. I want you to feel completely at home.
