Relax in this rural and peaceful housing with a view over river Dalälven and a national park in the vicinity. A large and nice garden surrounds the house. Four rooms; one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two beds, one sitting room and one bedroom/sitting room with a sofa bed. House size 106 m2 in two stories. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shower room with washing machine. Separate toilet. Internet. TV with Swedish and German channels plus BBC. Max 2 pets are welcome. Möklinta village 12 km. 700 m to Dalälven with good fishing. Rowing boat and 2-person kayak for rent (dependent on water level). Available property 1500 m2. Beach at Bysjön 7 km and Hällsjön 17 km.
I have rented out the house successfully to foreign and domestic visitors for 16 years. I very much enjoy receiving new guests to my house from all countries. I care about presenting the house at arrival and to answer any question that guests may have. All through the stay I am available for questions. Feel very welcome to my house.
The area has been characterized by mining activities since the 15:th century and there are interesting mines to visit in e.g. Sala and Falun. Stockholm is a 2 hour drive away and can also be reached by train from Sala. Upsala with old university and cathedral is also easily reached. The house is situated close to the Färnebofjärdens national park with its rich fauna and flora. Arlanda airport is 130 km away.
