Fräsch och nyrenoverad lägenhet i 2 plan på ca 70 kvm i separat gästhus med 2 sovrum (4 sängar). Det finns ett fullutrustat kök, badrum/toalett, uteplats med gasolgrill, bastu, fri parkering och det ingår sängkläder och handdukar. Något brant trappa till 2:a våningen. Sovrummen (genomgående) samt toalett/badrum ligger på bottenplan. Vardagsrum, matplats samt kök ligger på 2:a våningen. Ängelholm ligger ca 10 minuter bort och Helsingborg ligger ca 25 minuter bort med bil. I närområdet finns många golfbanor, vandringsleder och badstränder.
