One bedroom apt (35 sqm) in a villa, with a separate entrance. Kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Double bed (160cm) and a sofa bed suitable for 2 kids or smaller adults. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. - Free parking - Sunny outside patio with barbecue. - Lake nearby - Playground and football field in the area - Biking distance to the ocean - 7 min walking to closest bus stop
We are a couple in our 30s who recently bought our dream house. We have renovated the apartment to ensure you have a comfortable stay here. It brings us great joy to provide you with tips about Gothenburg so you get the chance to experience the beautiful nature, attractions, and restaurants.
The house is located in a neighbourhood in Askim very close to nature, just around the corner you will find a forest with many trails and a lake for swimming. In the neighborhood there's also a playground and football field. Within 7 min walking distance you have the closest bus stop with good connections to Gothenburg city center. Biking distance to the ocean. There's free parking right by the apartment. If you need to park more than one car this can be arranged - just let us know in advance. Distances: - Playground and football (soccer) field 300m - Forrest and nature 10m - Bathing place (lake) 1,6km (20 min walking, 10 min bike) - Bathing place (ocean) 3km (5 min with car, 15 min by bike) - Bus stop 700m (7 min walking) - Gothenburg city 10km (15 min by car) - Food stores 2 km (5 min by car)
