A house with a peaceful view over a field with a 300 sq m terrace with a large barbecue. Few minutes to walk to Grandby's beach, possibility to book beach house if available. Neighbor with nice forest areas. Grill Trampoline Xbox, Netflix, HBO, Cmore Ping-pong table Access to the community beach Option to book the community's boat house (subject to availability) Dogs are allowed, as a dog otherwise lives in the house. No cat due to allergy. Room one: double bed (210cm raised) Room two: single bed (office) Room three: 120 cm bed Room four: 120 cm bed Living room upstairs sofa bed (160cm) Two extra beds for children are available
