Close to the sea, this fantastic and modern holiday home is located in one of the most popular areas in Sweden. Free electricity. Free rowing boat and free fishing for all with rod and hook. Welcome to this beautiful house in Bräkne-Hoby. Here is the basis for a wonderful holiday close to the sea. You have a panoramic sea-view even from inside the house. Beautiful surroundings with sea view from the combined kitchen / family room and also sea view from two of the three bedrooms. TV with both Swedish and German channels. Lovely bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. The house has a heat pump that ensures a wonderful indoor climate.
