Wonderful house on the island Timrarö with only regular boat, 40 min from Stockholm . An island for relaxation. Fresh , bright, modern and well-equipped house with sun all day and sea views over Saxarfjärden . Secluded natural ground with rocks and small lawn . 2 min to the child adapted sandy beach and the beautiful cliffs. Private mooring . Amazing sunsets . A lovely island for cycling. Perfect for the small family to spend a relaxing holiday in the middle of the archipelago. Possible to rent a motorboat. Land and buildings The plot is situated high overlooking Saxarfjärden . Here you can enjoy all the day's sunshine and the sunset over the fairway from the large beautiful patio with partially ceiling . The plot is natural and has several outcrops and fruit trees, it is completely secluded . Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The plot has a smokehouse for those who want to smoke freshly caught perch and herring . A walk down to the steamboat dock . The house is neat and nice inside in a classic island style with white panels and light floors and open floor plan. Airborne Internet .
Hey - come share this wonderful place with me! as you leave the mainland and step onto the island of Stora Timrarö - you will feel the energy on the Island. I have this place to write my books and relax with my kids. You can come here by using your own boat - there is a place for it at Stora Timrar Ö Västra or take the ferryboat from Nybroviken in the middle of Stockholm. Chart Waxholmsbolaget norra-skargarden/sommar/tabell-24-sommar20191.pdf The boat ride takes about 2,5 h. If you take your own boat,, it is about 20 min from Åkersberga or 30 min from Vaxhom. Surroundings Just two minutes walk to the sandy beach with a jetty and warm unabashed rocks for sunbathing in the south. The island has walking paths and the northern part of the island is free for hiking in the woods and among the mountains . Day trips by passenger boat , Waxholmsbolaget , can be made to Vaxholm, the beautiful summer archipelago town with lots of boat traffic, shops, restaurants. If you come by your own boat you can go to the nearby island Ljusterö, to Linanäs where there's seaside restaurant , shop and marine service station . Boating is for those who have their own boat . Please bring your bikes, then it is perfect to ride on the island. Good fishing in the surrounding waters where you find pike , perch and herring. Very child friendly and in summer there are many children on the island.
