Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 3, Singapore is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 3, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Departure Transfer B counter. The hotel provides hourly accommodations with a minimum 6-hour booking requirement. Guests are advised to check the number of hours specified for each room type before booking.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As the hotel is situated airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that guests must be in transit—traveling to another country via Singapore—without passing through Singapore's arrival immigration. Once immigration/customs is cleared, re-entry into the transit area will not be permitted until the airline counter opens before departure.
For departing passengers from the city, please note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not allowed earlier unless your airline provides early check-in services.
