ArtRock Residence Izola was opened in 2021 and is a themed aparthotel with 26 studio apartments. We have our own parking lot for 26 cars free of charge and a reception desk. Stadnard apartments/studios (25 m2) are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), kitchenette, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi), with an extra bed (sofa 140 x 190 cm), which is especially suitable for children or teenagers. Small studios (the cehapest ones) are for two guests (16-18m2) and only for max 3 nights stay. In the Lobby, you can try playing a variety of musical instruments (electric guitar, drums, piano, piano accordion), we also organize interesting workshops for children during the holidays, we also organize karaoke competitions when the occupancy is higher, and with the help of Xbox Kinect, also dance and sports "competitions". In the warmer months, we also set up an annual cinema and you can also cook something on our grill on the common terrace while the childrens jumps in the big trampoline. These add-ons are all free to use. We have a free minibus (shuttle) that can take you to any beach in Izola and bring you back. We are 12 minutes away from Svetilnik beach (located at the end of the old town), and only 5 minutes on foot to the old town. We are an excellent starting point for cycling, as we are located right next to the Parenzana cycling route (D6, sometimes D8), which leads from Koper to Portorož or even to Poreč and Trieste. Animals are allowed in certain apartments (not all) with an additional charge of 15 euros / animal / night. We expect the guest to inform us about the arrival with a pet
The company INVESTMOND d.o.o., which manages the residence, was founded by Edmond Petrovič in 2003 and has been one of the leading real estate agencies and construction companies in the region for more than 20 years. We ourselves purchased the dilapidated building in 2017 and completely renovated and equipped it in 2021. Since 2021, it has been operating as an aparthotel with over 9,000 satisfied guests annually. In 2025, we will raise another floor and have a total of 42 apartments, which we will open for tourists in the summer season of 2026.
The neighbourhood is very quite. The Residence is also very quite and excellent for your vacation or stay.
