Effie Perine Apartments are located in the charming old village center, just a 5-minute walk from the lakefront. All essential amenities are close by. Our self check-in option allows for flexible arrivals, even outside regular hours. Guests have access to free private parking, located about 40 meters from the house. A garage space in the building is also available on request.. We especially recommend the garage for guests traveling with bicycles or motorbikes, and for all visitors during the summer months when hailstorms are more likely. Effie Perine Holiday House was built in 2014 and named after the witty, quick-thinking secretary of detective Sam Spade from the novel and film The Maltese Falcon — a symbol of reliability and punctuality. Your host, Tom, is an experienced traveler who has stayed in all kinds of accommodations around the world. These apartments are designed with simplicity and practical comfort in mind, offering everything you need for a short and pleasant stay — without unnecessary clutter.
