Aventura Residences is a great apartment complex and is well known to many guests. The unit measures 43M2 (5th floor) where you can enjoy the fantastic land and ocean views in a tranquil environment and a large pool. The unit is newly renovated and is situated minutes away from the French Border and midway between the 2 capitals- Marigot and Philipsburg. Apartment situated in a vibrant community called Cupecoy. close to renowned beaches, entertainment, supermarkets, and the AUC medical school.

-Restaurants are in walking distance of the apartment -Near the renowned Mullet Bay Beach - The community is gated and requires an access pass - Parking is always available - 5 min walk from American University of the Caribbean (AUC) There is public transportation available; however, I do recommend getting a car rental to roam the beautiful island. I can make recommendations as needed.I can also arrange transportation to and from the airport for a fee, simply let me know in advance.
