Welcome to your cozy condo at Plus Condo 1, located in a local neighborhood filled with minimarts, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Perfect for guests who want to escape the busy tourist areas while still being conveniently close — just 15 minutes to Patong and Phuket Town.
The condo has a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen, with a private balcony offering peaceful mountain views. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, especially those working remotely seeking comfort and tranquility.
This unit is 30 sqm. It is on 6th floor with balcony, mountian view.
