Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
