Enjoy your Phuket getaway in this holiday rental at Splendid Condominium in Karon. Conveniently located just 5 mins drive from the beach and walking distance to the main road with local eateries, stores and other amenities the area has to offer. PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw. Close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee.

Neighbourhood information

Kata Beach, on the west coast of Phuket island, is one of the most visited beaches after Patong Beach. Kata enjoys a lovely sandy bay with an incredibly blue sea and an iconic island standing in the middle of the ocean, making excellent sunset photos. Kata is less crowded than Patong but still offers a vast choice of dining venues, shopping, nightlife, daytime activities a sightseeing. This beach is also known to be a great family destination. One of the highlights of Kata is its night market, with covered shopping area, a large food court and many tourist-oriented stalls. Moreover, it has a convenient location, on the one hand it is adjacent to a more developed and large Karon beach, and on the other, with a small but cozy and quiet Kata Noi beach. To get from Kata to both of these beaches on foot, Karon beach is 1.5 km away and Kata Noi beach is only a kilometer away.
