With 65 sq m of space, there is large living room space, kitchenette space. The balcony has 180 degree view of the sea. Bathroom has a bath tub with a large window that you can enjoy 180 degree seaview. The property consists of condominium buildings and houses; with very large garden areas, multiple swimming pools, gyms, jogging trails, bike rentals, and tennis courts. There are public washing machines and water stations near the tennis court area. The compound has direct access to the beach. On the beach, to the right is a new cafe, Miss T, and on the left is a long-established seafood restaurant Chomtalay. There are taxis for hired in front of the compound. Family Mart CVS is at a walking distance. A ride to Hua Hin town is about 12-15 minutes.
We own two apartments in this compound; one we use by ourselves as the other we offer for rent here. We love the surroundings and space in this compound, and love to share this experience with our guests. I am very quick to response to communication and requests even though I live in Bangkok.
