The new apartment located at third floor of a well maintained building and has a unique view on MARSA Plage square, the sea is also at sight from the window. It also has a balcony towards the square. And from the terasse we have the sea at sight as well as Sidi Bousaid Moutain and Gammarth Colline.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary facilities needed and is centrally located Close to the most important points of interest: it is less that 50m away from the famous Saf Saf Cafe. Other locations such as the beach, the Zephir Commercial center, the train station are within 500m.
Gammarth, Sidi Bousaid, Carthage are within three kilometers radius…
I am a frequent traveller with over 50 destinations visited, I have quite good knowledge of traveller’s need and I am therefore trying my best to make my guest stays enjoyable, unique and unforgettable.
Thd apartment is centrally located and have direct view on the multitude of restaurants and cafe at Mara Plage square, that is well animated.
We can therefore enjoy the view without having to suffer from the noise (third floor).
Commercial store, and main handy shops are very close by. The beach is 5 min walk away and the train station to go to Sidi bousaid, Carthage or Tunis city is 3 min away on walk.
