Gorgeous Top-hill Stone House 400m² in a big garden. Located in Cesme, pearl of Aegean coast, 1 hour to Izmir, 2,5 hour to world famous Ephesus, 10 mins from the beach, with scenic sea and Chios view. Breath taking sunset from the large terrace. There are 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 2 living rooms each with kitchen, swimming pool, 2 fireplaces in two floors, very comfortable for 12 people. Fiber, satellite and free private parking available. There are air conditioners in each room. Located in the uphills of Ovacik Village, this stone house is in a quiet and peaceful area with breathtaking views of the Chios Island and stunning sunsets is a dream come true for those who seek serenity and natural beauty. This type of dwelling offers the perfect escape from the chaos of the city and provides a peaceful haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The stone house, with its sturdy and solid construction, blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, providing a harmonious connection to nature.
