Taiwan“不含早餐。因馬祖是石英石地型陡升陡降的坡度大，很考驗機車駕駛技術。津沙聚落與南竿機場是相反的方向。聚落的感覺很溫馨 居民很友善！沙灘石岸可見藍眼淚！沐光#133-137的露台是賞夕陽的好位置！” 
Kuan-yi Taiwan“房子整理的很好，整個環境乾淨又舒適，洗澡的水溫水量排水都棒。一遇到問題馬上有房務人員協助處理，真的超級舒適又感謝。最喜歡一樓的客廳大桌，適合圍坐桌前聊天享受馬祖的夜晚。”
Chiu Taiwan“一直以為是住98號，沒想到是42號。但覺得更適合我們幾個很吵的女生們，因為最靠外面，且因為租車所以可以直接停在住宿外很方便👍 老闆人也很好告知我們看星砂景點，有問必答，不會找不到人。住宿和照片相同，內部很乾淨舒適，空間蠻大的，床也很好睡。”
