Taiwan“1.地點：住宿地點離台東火車站走路約10鐘內（輕裝旅行很適合）附近有兩家超商又有叮哥 到市區也只需10-15分鐘的車程 2.寵物友善：實現能跟狗寶一起旅行住宿 3.公共空間：一樓大廳有茶水、咖啡供應，廚房客廳溫馨舒適方便 4.房間：乾淨，電視（很多台可以看）、冷氣夠涼、床很大軟硬適中。有陽台空間附洗衣機，短租很合適，浴室水溫跟水壓真正強 5.民宿小幫手有問必答，回覆即時，服務非常周到，真的超出預期，必須推薦” - Shu-hua Taiwan“空間很大，陽台大且有桌椅，可以休閒看夕陽，陽台還有獨立的洗衣機，可以洗衣服。房內插座、延長線充足，充電方便。寢具、設備乾淨整潔，公用區備品充足，還有樂高小玩具可以拿至房間遊玩，很適合有小孩的家庭。一樓公共區有電視、沙發，也有設備齊全的開放式廚房、餐桌椅，如果家庭、朋友旅遊，可以一起在公共區吃東西聊天，很方便。不須接觸房東或工作人員，很方便。”

- 川程 Taiwan“性價比高，四人房夠大還有沙發，房間內雖然沒有冰箱（冰箱位於樓梯公共使用）但也因此少了冰箱的噪音，房間開門出去就能看到公共冰箱，也很方便，房內有吹風機，陽台有洗衣機和桌椅，可以悠閒享受生活，全家人都覺得很棒會再回住。”
- 蘇雅琦 Taiwan“房型比一般雙人房坪數大很多，室內的沙發椅朝向電視機，還附張小桌椅方便一邊看電視吃東西。 最滿意的是房間外有個超大露台有2張木頭椅子和小木桌，露台牆上裝飾著漂亮的營燈晚上非常浪漫溫馨。 最方便的是房間外露台有一台洗脫烘洗衣機，還有更提供洗衣機。這對於獨旅多天要換洗髒衣服非常方便。我還因此跟老闆娘臨時再多續住一天。 附近有兩家7-11和全家超商，地點非常方便。這裡隔間設備做的不錯，晚上很寧靜很好入睡！ 盥洗用具是依必朗，提供的礦泉水是黑松和舒跑很不錯。這裡也是寵物友善民宿，所以有提供國際牌清境...”
