It's located only 3km off the Fortportal-Mbarara highway, along kasenda road. The later is a feeder marrum road and you can expect the last miles of your trip to be a bit bumpy up to when you our sign post, opposite St. Pual's Catholic Church Kyobutale.
He is a pioneer in tourism, having founded the reknown Kabarole Tours and Safaris as early as 1992. He's passionate about nature itself and the conservation of wildlife. He created Orucuba Gardens as a place you can reetire to, and experience the people and culture of Tooro at a deeper level, after your tour through Fortportal.
The neighborhood is usually calm except on the nights when we organise campfires for the locals to attend and participate in folk dances, play board games, and rhyme to the rythms of Rutooro songs and poems. Campfires are usually there at least twice every month and you can arrange with us to be a part of the next one.
