This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic with wonderful Sunrises. Plus, this home has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, a private washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two twins and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This home includes an entrance on the second level. The home has about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the suite Things to Know Sleeps six King, Queen, and Two Twins Second-Floor entry, Two Story Villa Washer and Dryer All linens and bath towels supplied (excluding beach towels)

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
