Tucked away in the ultra desirable neighborhoods of west lake hills, this peaceful getaway offers visitors a serene retreat in a lake adjacent neighborhood with the convenience of a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin and 3 minute drive to Lake Austin Marina. Recently renovated 2 bedroom (with one queen bed in each) 1 bath (shower and bathtub) with 1 car garage. Large fenced in backyard shared with one other condo. Designated outdoor space with patio furniture, grill and a fun treehouse for kids. *** We are happy to host your pets, please add them in the booking and there will be additional charge on that. *** Kind reminder: bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor. The driveway is steep. Most local businesses and attractions are easily accessible by car with public parking. Property is accessible by Uber and lyft as well, only a 10-15 minute ride to downtown and popular neighborhoods like South Congress, South Lamar, and the Zilker park / Barton springs area.
Austin is a cool place to visit and this city is all about outdoor activities and music. We have been here for 12 years and so happy to live in one of the best cities in US. Our priorities are school and close to downtown when we hunted for our next primary home in 2020, this house gave us the both. West Lake Hill is a highly desired area in Austin, it is a family friendly community, up on the hill and also very close to downtown. On top of that, it is located in the best school district in Austin.
West Lake Hills Most local businesses and attractions are easily accessible by car with public parking. Property is accessible by Uber and lyft as well, only a 10-15 minute ride to downtown and popular neighborhoods like South Congress, South Lamar, and the Zilker park / Barton springs area.
