This newly renovated 4th Floor Condo was completed in 2022. Enjoy a private deck and your view of Southwest Harbor!
The open concept design of the main living space of the home is great for groups to enjoy together!
Location Highlights:
-4min Drive to Bass Harbor
-18min Drive to Acadia National Park [Hulls Cove Entrance]
-20min Drive to Downtown Bar Harbor
Outdoor Space:
-The deck is private to your unit only
-The parking lot has no designed parking spots and is shared with other Condos in the building
Laundry:
-Washer & Dryer are available in the unit for FREE to use
Television:
-The TV is a SMART TV that you are able to log into your own apps to view programming
-The TV does NOT have Cable
A/C Units/Fans:
-There is 2 Total Portable A/C Units in the Bedrooms that can be used anywhere in the unit
-There are Standing Fans in each bedroom
***Please note that this unit is not the best for light sleepers as this Condo is on Maine State Route 102 with noise that can be heard in the units. This 100year old building can experience noise from the units above or below at times as well. Earplugs and Sound Machines are in each bedroom for guests if needed.
