Remodeled raised Florida home on a warm spring fed canal w/ quick access to Gulf of Mexico. Custom designed by the builder for your weekend retreat or daily social distancing. "Camp Therapy" is situated on 2 lots with 100ft of canal front. This home features beautiful hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Three balcony views to enjoy spring fed saltwater canal home w/3 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks canoe and pedal boat on property.
Chances are I wont be available in person but I have a housekeeper, maintenance person and landscaper in the area if needed. You can reach me via AirBNB messaging or feel free to text/call me for something more immediate. In addition to all there is to do in the area, WiFi, cable and phone are included.
Quiet residential neighborhood.
Centrally located near Tampa, Crystal River, St Petersburg, Clearwater, Weeki Wachee and of course Orlando (2hrs). Car is required for shopping, exploration and attractions.
